Überbelichtung

Überbelichtung bedeutet, dass ein Bild zu hell aufgenommen wurde.

Dabei trifft zu viel Licht auf den Kamerasensor, wodurch helle Bereiche:

  • ausfressen

  • Details verlieren

  • komplett weiß erscheinen können

Überbelichtung entsteht häufig durch:

  • zu lange Belichtungszeit

  • zu hohe ISO

  • zu offene Blende

  • falsche Belichtungsmessung

Besonders kritisch sind überbelichtete Highlights, da verlorene Bilddetails oft nicht mehr vollständig wiederhergestellt werden können.

Manche Fotografen nutzen leichte Überbelichtung allerdings bewusst als kreativen Stil für:

  • helle Portraits

  • High-Key-Looks

  • weiche Bildstimmungen

Kurz gesagt:
Überbelichtung bedeutet, dass ein Bild durch zu viel Licht zu hell wird und Details verliert.
